Teaching Philosophy: In my view, teaching is neither pure science nor pure art. It is a mixture of both since I believe that no one can be successful in teaching owning to only one of them. Thus, both are essential and have paramount roles in the process of teaching. Side by side with being up to date with the latest knowledge in the field of specialty, teachers also need to be student-friendly teachers and know about their students' needs, interests, likes and dislikes. Teachers need to be caring to the students, and be a source of motivation in the class, and if possible outside the class. In addition, teachers also need to be equipped with the latest technology use and awareness and how to use technology for the benefit of the learners. In this regard, utilizing flipped learning is in the benefit of the students since a successful teacher can save a long time in the class and use it to do many hands-on and fun-based activities.
