Teaching Philosophy: I believe that a good teacher, has faith in the future. Like the forester who is planting an oak seedling and knowing that she or he will never see the tree. I notice that maybe I will not see the result of my students as a teacher. My aim is to plant the nurture seeds which will grow and shape tomorrow. The good teachers have information about students and understand them, how they grow up and learn. I also understand student’s activity is based on past experience and prior learning. I know they are different and cannot learn in the same way. Therefore, I consider that it is my responsibility to be a sophisticated teacher to analyze their abilities to learn and motivate them in order to tackle their issues of learning.
