In my point of view the fundamental goal of teaching is to foster learning. my philosophy of teaching is based on a belief that learning needs to be student centered. and true teacher knows and understands students, how they develop and learn. My role involves using my expertise to determine subjects and help students learn those subjects, and put the necessary resources in the hands of the students or more likely to be sure that my students are well equipped to find and evaluate the resources they need to answer their questions. I like and insist to inspire, motivate, and encourage my students continuously every day. My goal is not only to help them completing and mastering their curriculum, but I want them to get a contagious enthusiasm for learning.
