Teaching Philosophy: I believe teaching is fun, and there is no reason for students to hate and skip classes. Part of the reason for why students hate and skip classes is due to tutors not knowing how to make their students interested in the material. Unlike other sciences, management related modules are very hard to make interesting and fun, this may be due to the fact that management is almost exclusively theoretical. However, it is not impossible. The way I make my students interested in my lectures is by linking what I talk about in the lecture to their day-to-day lives, and giving them real life examples.
