Teaching Philosophy: I believe the idea that " I do, we do, and you do" and my goal is to teach my students the love of learning, so when they leave my class the love of learning has already taken hold. Effective teaching requires teacher-student two-way interactions. As a teacher, I found out that my responsibility is not just providing information to the students, in this sense, the quality of students’ engagement, participation and care about their progress in the class is what I have to do. Nevertheless, I don't let students just memorize information without thinking. To stimulate students’ engagement and participation, I try to relate examples to their previous experiences and their future goals to help them find a way to accomplish what they want out of life.
